SUMMER 2024

Listen. I need some help.
I want to work out and eat better. But I feel like I barely have enough time to brush my teeth these days much less think about healthier habits. I don’t even know where to begin…
Sound familiar? 🙋‍♀️
Girl, same.
I’m a full-time working mom myself (no really, this moderately fit stuff is just a side project), trying to figure out how to get back my healthy habits.
And you know what I realized?
It’s time to ask for help.
I need help with all the meals & workouts.
But I also need that push to stay on track when life keeps slapping me in the face.
I don’t want to do it alone. I want need some accountability!
So I designed this challenge for all the busy moms out there so we can push through the scary stuff together.
This challenge gives you all the resources you need to focus on YOU for the next five weeks!
Will you join me?

Meal Plan Help

When you sign up, you’ll receive an email full of downloads to get you started.

The meal guide includes a full, comprehensive grocery list, easy batch prep instructions, and recipes that can be made in 30 minutes or less.

I don’t expect anyone to macro count with this challenge. Instead, let’s aim to make small, healthier choices every day.

Those small decisions can slowly lead to bigger, better ways to fuel our body but for now I’m just going to focus on the little wins.

Accountability From You

I’m not a huge social media fan. I don’t like how I get sucked in and come out of it 20 minutes later, wondering where time went.

Plus, it tends to make me compare myself and my life to others, which doesn’t leave me feeling great.

BUT it’s a free platform that most people have access to.

So if you want to join me, I’m going to be posting my progress on Instagram @moderatelyfitofficial and using the hashtag #moderatelyfit.

If I get a workout done or make a healthy food decision, I’m going to share it.

If you don’t see me posting, please reach out! Ask me how I’m doing or what I need to get it done. I’ll do the same for you.

Let’s do this for everyone participating! Friends helping friends is the goal. 💜
